Ajay has over 24 years of experience in starting and scaling-up his own businesses, as well as guiding other ventures in their journey of discovery and growth.

He has co-founded QAI Global, International Educational Exchange and Lutyens Startups. He has been a consultant to stellar corporations like Accenture, IBM, Sony, Wipro and TCS;  and has worked with the highly-respected Azim Premji Foundation.  His professional experience spans diverse work and social cultures across geographies – India, USA, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Russia, the UK and Sweden, to name a few countries.

With a strong background in technology, entrepreneurship and education, Ajay brings unique business and leadership skills to the fore. Through Lutyens Startups, he has been on a mission to develop and support young entrepreneurs in India.

Ajay is an evangelist in the use of Capability Maturity Models (CMM) for building great organizations. He has had engineering, computer science and management education in India and USA.

Currently Ajay is the Director, Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Bennett University. He is working on his second book, The Startup LaunchBook: Design Thinking for Startup Success.
